使用高檔蝦仁搭配澎湖花枝,在以不同手法呈現,創造出最具有異國風味產品。外皮利用糯米紙包覆住,使酥脆感較為顯著,內餡搭配鮮甜花枝和鮮脆蝦仁,口感香脆,清爽   不油膩。

保存方法:密封儲存於-18℃以下

主要原料:花枝、蝦仁、豬背脂油(台灣)、春捲皮(麵粉、鹽、水)、樹薯澱粉、糖、L-麩酸鈉、鹽、胡椒、磷酸鹽(多磷酸鈉、焦磷酸鈉)

過敏原:本產品含有頭足類、甲殼類、麩質等及其製品,不適合對其過敏體質者食用。

食用方法: 無需解凍,中火油煎至雙面金黃色即可。
