使用高檔蝦仁搭配澎湖花枝，在以不同手法呈現，創造出最具有異國風味產品。外皮利用糯米紙包覆住，使酥脆感較為顯著，內餡搭配鮮甜花枝和鮮脆蝦仁，口感香脆，清爽 不油膩。
保存方法:密封儲存於-18℃以下
主要原料:花枝、蝦仁、豬背脂油(台灣)、春捲皮(麵粉、鹽、水)、樹薯澱粉、糖、L-麩酸鈉、鹽、胡椒、磷酸鹽(多磷酸鈉、焦磷酸鈉)
