**Pickup locations and Shipping Destinations**

We will notify in our main Line Group Chat in advance on the pickup locations available for each delivery dates. If you are not in our Line Group, please contact us via Whatsapp for assistance. We currently ship to addresses within Singapore main island. We do not ship to Sentosa, or any other islands. Please provide a valid street address and unit number for delivery.

**Shipping Time**

Delivery dates normally falls on a Saturday which we will notify which week in advance. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout. We strive to deliver your order in a timely manner, and estimated delivery times will be provided a day in advance in our main Line Group. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier delays may affect delivery times.

**Shipping Costs**

Free delivery for orders above $100. Delivery is a flat fee of $9.5 per location if your order is less than $100. Pickup at the available pickup locations are free for charge.

In the event of any delivery issues such as non-delivery, damaged or missing items, or any other concerns, please private message us via Whatsapp as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve any issues and ensure that you receive your order in a satisfactory condition.
